Έχετε TV tuner (PCI ή USB2) αναλογικό ή ψηφιακό δέκτη HDTV και ψάχνετε ένα αξιόπιστο πρόγραμμα για αναπαραγωγή αλλά και capture; Η λύση είναι "σχεδόν" μονόδρομος! Δοκίμασα το Beyond TV 4 και έμεινα έκπληκτός. Καταρχήν, έχει κάτι που άλλα 3 ΜΟΝΟ προγράμματα κάνουν. Επιτρέπει de-interlacing on the fly στο σήμα που έρχεται από το TV-tuner και μάλιστα επιτρέπει και hardware de-interlacing (γίνεται από την κάρτα γραφικών αν υποστηρίζει DXVA). Το video παίζει σε επιφάνεια overlay ή Direct3D. Όλο το interface τρέχει σε D3D, όπως προδίδουν τα εφεδάκια στα screenshots. Ακόμα επιτρέπει pause σε ζωντανό πρόγραμμα (time shifting), capture και προγραμματισμό capture από τοπικό δίκτυο ή το internet μια και στήνει web server στο pc που τρέχει!!!Screenshots εδώ!
για τους μη ψαγμένους: τα προγράμματα για TV tuners που δεν υποστηρίζουν de-interlacing εμφανίζουν οριζόντιες γραμμές σε σκηνές με γρήγορη κίνηση
